- Updated the logic of loaders so each page element displays their own loading element instead of on the entire page
- Fixed issue in Review that displayed empty user groups in the Author section when editing a recording
- Fixed issue in Review with freehand draw comments where editing a comment and clearing the text and saving it would appear to save the comment but still retain the text
- Fixed issue in Review for duration markers, freehand draw comments, and clipping tools where the selected minimum range would not go down to 2 seconds for videos with long durations
- Fixed issue in Admin > Templates that displayed an inconsistent set of error messages when creating/editing evaluation templates with the multipoint field type (again)

- Fixed issue where BEAM recordings created in portrait orientation would upload to VALT as landscape-oriented
- Fixed issue where BEAM recordings created with audio clips would fail to play the audio clips back when uploaded to VALT
